Here at Bromley Park Care Home, our forever-young-at-heart residents have been having an absolute blast playing giant balloon ‘catch and grab’! It’s such a simple game, and our ladies and gents love to join in. It’s even tricky to snap a photo – the balloon moves so fast!
We also treasure our quieter one-to-one moments. Recently, one of our residents enjoyed a peaceful trip around the local area with one of our team members, taking in the sights and fresh air. Along the way, they discovered something wonderful – a beautifully hand-crocheted postbox topper, crafted by a talented local lady. It was her first one (she’s rightly proud of it!) and the festive design sparked smiles and lovely conversations about Christmases past.
Little moments like these are what make life so special here at Bromley Park. They bring back happy memories for our residents, lifting spirits and brightening everyone’s day – especially when followed by a well-earned giant croissant!
