Elisabeth loved celebrating her birthday on Tuesday 26 May with us at Bromley Park Care Home.
She was joining in a sing along when staff surprised her as they brought out her cake while singing ‘happy birthday‘.
Elisabeth was thrilled with her beautiful cake, covered in icing and some lovely flowers; she gave it a big thumbs up!
