Bottle art
This week at Bromley Park Care Home we had lots of fun painting wine bottles from the inside!
Our residents were fascinated by this concept and after watching our Recreation and Well-Being Coordinators do it, they were ready to give it a go!
The results are beautiful and we have displayed our amazing bottles with pride.
New dos!
During the week we had some requests for new hairstyles from our residents and our lovely Hairdresser Rob was more than happy to oblige, creating lots of happy smiles!
Sensory activity
On Wednesday 7 July our residents had the opportunity to touch and feel a box of fruit and vegetables as part of a sensory activity.
We had lots of items to choose from including a squash, cauliflower, spring onions and mango.
Everyone really enjoyed this and there were lots of discussions about different foods, with individuals explaining what they enjoyed and what their families liked. A great conversation starter!
