On Monday 16 May here at Bromley Park Care Home, our lovely Chef/Dining Room Assistant Bibin ran a baking activity session with some of our residents, which we called ‘Bibin’s Bake Off‘!
He and our residents made some beautiful folded savoury pastries, packed full of tasty ingredients including cheese, onion and eggs.
Once baked, our ladies and gents thoroughly enjoyed eating them as an afternoon snack – they were delicious!
