On Monday 8 December, we embraced the festive season in true Bromley Park Care Home style with a joyful Christmas wreath-making session. Our talented residents had a wonderful time getting creative with a variety of materials – from delicate paper doilies and shiny baubles to crinkly crepe paper – crafting beautiful wreaths to decorate our Home for Christmas.
This activity was not only visually inspiring but also a lovely sensory experience. The different textures and colours gave everyone a chance to explore and express their creativity in a hands-on way. Watching our residents immerse themselves in the process was such a delight.
When the wreaths were complete, we were all so proud of the results – each one unique and full of festive charm. They now hang proudly around our Home, ready to welcome our residents’ loved ones and spread a little Christmas cheer.
