We enjoy celebrating our wonderful staff each month here at Bromley Park Care Home.
Employee of the Month for January was Nikolina Sirakova. She received her nomination from several members of our staff for her outstanding contribution to caring for our residents, her reliability at Bromley Park and her own self development. She is a true asset to our team!
Christian Dike was awarded Employee of the Month for February for his outstanding contribution to caring for our residents. Christian has been an extremely reliable member of the team who has really stepped up during the COVID pandemic.
Employee of the Month for March is Donna Terry, who joined our Bromley Park family back in October as Recreation and Well-Being Assistant. Her fun personality and ‘can do’ attitude has helped her cement her place at our Home. She has a caring approach to all our residents and their families. Her organisational skills have helped on our virtual Cruise and we look forward to Donna’s continued success at Bromley Park.
