On Thursday 17 March, St Patrick’s Day, we really did find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow here at Bromley Park Care Home – although ours was filled with chocolate treats!
We all enjoyed a day filled with fun, decorations, Irish themed props and selfies!
There was soda bread in abundance (thank you Ciara’s mum!), followed by delicious Irish stew and dumplings.
Singer Willy Rice kicked off the party with some old time favourite tunes, plus a few Irish classics thrown in to celebrate the day.
We had fun dancing the afternoon away!
