Games day
On Thursday 5 January we dedicated our morning to board games at Bromley Park Care Home; Connect 4, Chess and jigsaw puzzles, amongst other games.
It was such a fun morning, where our lovely residents had fun challenging themselves and spending time together.
Our dear Loretta gave a masterclass in Chess, while Colin demonstrated the art of strategy.
Cake decorating
Christmas is not quite over yet at Bromley Park as we’ve been busy decorating some Christmas cookies!
Our lovely Ellen, Colin, Dorothy, Peter and Kathleen all enjoyed being creative in decorating
their festive biscuits, and then of course enjoyed eating them!
This afternoon activity was very enjoyable and we were able to reflect on how important
it is to make the ‘Christmas spirit’ present in every day.
