On Friday 28 May we enjoyed a day of celebration for our resident Joyce who turned 92 with us at Bromley Park Care Home.
Her daughter Theresa made her her favourite lemon curd cake which they enjoyed under our gazebo in the garden, which we had decorated for her birthday.
Then came her second surprise, which was another lovely cake, decorated with fresh strawberries, made by our talented Chef Sanoj! Joyce had fun blowing out the candles.
Joyce was delighted to be indulged – including having her nails painted red for her birthday – and was very grateful for all the spoils and pampering she received on her special day.
