On Monday 27 February our residents enjoyed a range of exercise activities here at Bromley Park Care Home, keeping active in a number of different ways.
Tony, Raymond and Loretta cycled and exercised their arms using our exercise equipment whilst Marion walked for a few minutes. Mary walked around our garden twice to get some fresh air, Dorothy did some leg and arm stretching and Jean performed seated exercises and then also took a short walk.
It was a very active morning – a great way to boost positive well-being amongst our dear ladies and gents.
