We celebrated Pride month at Bromley Park Care Home with a party to promote the inclusivity of our Home.
We decorated our Home with rainbow balloons and flags, our Chef Ellen made a beautiful cake and our residents enjoyed the colourful celebrations. Our team at Bromley Park are proud to support inclusivity.
Crystal from our Recreation and Well-Being Team commented “When our residents asked me about what the celebration was about I said that we were celebrating everyone today, regardless of where they are from or what they believe. The rainbow colours is a representation of all human beings.”
The day was important to Home Manager Khadija too; “It is important to myself and the team to promote inclusivity at Bromley Park. Celebrating Pride is a wonderful way to engage with residents about their relationships and what these mean to them.”
