To mark this year’s 25th anniversary of World Book Day, we enjoyed a day full of celebrations at Bromley Park Care Home on Thursday 3 March.
We laid a beautiful table with lots of books from around the world, a travel trunk, bunting and an array of delicious cakes and cupcakes to enjoy with tea served it beautiful tea cups.
Our talented Chef Rigio baked and decorated a beautiful book cake, which made the perfect centre piece for the day.
Our residents loved our Harry Potter costumes and thoroughly enjoyed the sweet treats on offer.
A delicious day of celebrating great reads!
