We’ve had so much fun this week at Bromley Park Care Home marking three wonderful celebration days.
For Chinese New Year our residents tucked into a tasty Chinese lunch that our Chef made for them and in the afternoon they were visited by Linda’s Choir for some uplifting music.
Next it was Pancake Day when our ladies and gents were very happy to indulge in some homemade pancakes, topped with a choice of fruits and chocolate sauce – mmmmmm!
Yesterday we celebrated Valentine’s Day and our lovely gents Tony, Michael P, Derek and Michael invited their wives into our Home to enjoy lunch together. Everyone said how wonderful it was to be able to get together and meet other residents’ partners.
We also invited a singer in to celebrate Valentine’s Day with us and as you can see from our photos, our residents were so happy to get up dancing and singing. The day was topped off with a surprise visit from Jess the dog, who always brings the smiles.
What a fantastic few days of celebration!
