Last week we held our summer party in our garden at Bromley Park Care Home.
We had a beach theme and our residents made lots of lovely decorations in the lead up to the event.
On the day we had hook a duck and velcro darts for the children to play. They also enjoyed throwing sponges and buckets of water over our Manager John and team member Louisa, who bravely took to the stocks!
Our singer for the event was Anna; she is a regular at our Home as is very popular with our residents and relatives. We served hot dogs and cakes which went down very well with everyone too.
Our ladies and gents really enjoyed it, especially choosing and eating their sweet treats from the visiting ice cream van!
We were delighted to be joined by lots of family members at the party and it was a great success. Our residents are still talking about it, especially the stocks and buckets of water over our staff!
