On Monday 9 January, our dear residents Colin, Kathleen and Peter were able to show their creativity during an art session here at Bromley Park Care Home.
They did an amazing job! Using large pieces of paper, they enjoyed decorating them with glue and adding pom-poms, colourful lolly sticks, glittery sprinkles and cut out shapes in different materials.
This type of activity is very stimulating as it engages sight, touch and smell, as well as tests fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Everyone loved the session and we loved all the art pieces!
