On Wednesday 27 February some of our lovely residents from Bromley Park Care Home went on a trip to our local Polhill Garden Centre.
Three of our residents on the trip were very familiar with the centre and very happy to be visiting. One of our ladies got really excited when we got to the entrance and said “Polhill – I know this place very well!”
There was so much on display for our residents to look at and enjoy – spring flowers and bulbs and some rather comfortable garden furniture! They spent time browsing and chatting.
After everyone had explored, a nice cup of tea or coffee and cake were in order!
We are looking forward to our next outing.
