On Wednesday 21 December our residents Kathy, Ellen and Gwen here at Bromley Park Care Home enjoyed a trip to Polhill Garden Centre.
We shopped for vegetables for Christmas lunch and enjoyed a hot chocolate. Kathy also chose some Christmas flowers for the Home.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day out at Polhill and enjoyed the Christmas festivities!
